So... there I was, there I was, there I was... in the Congo! Well, the Congo of my mind.
Work has switched gears, and I'm back to 8 hour days for at least the next two weeks. Thus, the post, since I'm lucky enough to have had the time. Surf's Up is finished in the animation department, and I'm onto Beowulf for the next while.
Not much to this entry; I was just enjoying the drawing side of it, and didn't put any effort into the "clever" side, but hopefully it's fun enough to look at for a wee bit. Here's hoping this ball gets rolling again!

SETH- This is beautiful! I love the different feel you can get with Painter and I'm glad you are learning how to use your Christmas gift. :) It makes me happy to see you painting away at the computer (unless of course I really just want to play a quick game of avalanche on it). I'm glad you finished this one to be able to post. It's wonderful!

Sounds like things have been 'hopping' for you at work. Just kidding. Nice to see you posting again. Hopefully we'll see more of your stuff in the near future. Any hope of getting some work related images up, or is it a situation where if you posted something you'd have to kill whoever saw it?

Who cares about "clever" when you can draw like this? Maybe someone, but not me. This is great, Seth. I hope you have time to draw for the next little bit. I've missed seeing new sketches from you.

I've always been a fan. This recent post has made me decide to remain as such. I'm excited for your shot breakdown on surf's up.
