I'm lucky enough to work at a studio that provides figure drawing every Friday, and the following are some of the results. When I first started drawing from life I was told to draw what I see, not what I think I see. Now that I've been trying to do that for many years, I'm starting to revert back to drawing what I think I see. I think the difference now is that I understand the structure of what is there, so I'm more free to focus on the design of it.

Really really good! I like the top and bottom drawings best, but especially the top. What a beautiful flow and line. I'm wondering what the guy is thinking about in the 4th drawing. These are really nice. I hope you post more of your figures on Fridays.
Nice drawings! And I agree with you on the drawing what you see/think you see. My teacher taught me the same thing.
Dope life studies.
Beautiful studies. I need to do more of this.
Oh, and by the way, I have a two year old daughter and LOVED your song. I'll be humming the tune and some words to her until I learn it more. Nice. Any chance it's in a .mp3 format anywhere to put to slideshows and such?
Thanks for the comments. I currently don't have an mp3 for you, but we'll see.
Great works here! Absolutly amazing! Cool blog, congrats!
Solid
This may sound like zen crap or something, but it isn't drawing what you see, or think you see, it is drawing what you want to say about what you see.
