Hope

Thanks goes to Jason Stansell for directing me to the sound clip for this animation. I still don't know what it's from, but when I heard it I knew I had to animate it. I am enjoying the process of this one very much. It's easy for me to feel what he's feeling, so I hope the performance comes across sincerely.

The sound clip is from Saving Private Ryan.

Oh my goodness Seth. This is incredible. Waking early and getting to work early to work on this before "work time" has really paid off. It feels very natural. Very nice!

Man, I don't drop by your blog for a couple weeks then all the sudden there's like a billion new pots. All of which are very, very nice.
By the way, kudos for painting with oils. I don't believe I've touched the stuff for 3 years or so.

hey, good job. that's - really really good.

also, what he says is kinda like this thing that Mr. Darcy says at the end of Pride and Prejudice (you know, the long one?).... so that's awesome too. ;)

Hey Sethers! Just looking at all of your amazing stuff! Your animation is so great, and it comes across very sincerely. I think this sound clip is from Saving Private Ryan- when he is visiting the grave site.
